ARACELI GASPAR
CEO
Araceli Gaspar is one of the founders of Sunlife Farm and the heart behind its day-to-day operations. From a young age, she learned the ins and outs of farming from her parents, starting out in the strawberry fields and later moving into the administrative side of the business. Her natural leadership and deep understanding of both the field and the office have been essential to the farm’s success.
Araceli earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, where she built a strong foundation in management and finance. After completing her studies, she interned with Primus Auditing Operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience in food safety and agricultural compliance - knowledge that now helps keep Sunlife Farm running efficiently and sustainably.
Today, Araceli combines her business expertise with her lifelong connection to farming to lead with care, organization, and vision.

DAVID GASPAR
OPERATIONS MANAGER
David Gaspar, our second founder, has deep roots in the family farm. Like his older sister, he grew up helping his parents in the fields, learning the value of hard work and community from an early age. After high school, David proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, spending four years stationed in South Carolina.
Following his service, he began his education at Allan Hancock College before transferring to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he earned his degree in psychology. His background in both service and education shaped his leadership style thoughtful, disciplined, and people-focused.
Today, David brings his experience and heart back to the family business, helping guide Sunlife Farm’s growth while staying true to its roots.
